Information we receive

When you email us or choose to use Crisp chat, we receive the contact details, message and any attachments you choose to send. Crisp also processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details and chat-session data to deliver and secure the conversation. Our hosting and network providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and timestamps, to deliver and secure the website.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you and discuss relevant work. We use technical information to operate the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. We process this information for our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us and operating a secure website, and where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract or comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This public website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Crisp chat loads only after you choose Enable chat. We remember that choice in session storage for your browser tab; on later pages chat connects when you open it. Crisp uses functional cookies to retain the chat session. We request a one-day chat-session cookie lifetime, renewed when chat loads. Crisp may retain a separate connection cookie for up to two days. Our network provider may also use security mechanisms to protect the service. Your email service handles messages when you follow an email link.

Use Chat preferences in the footer to disable chat and reload the page without Crisp. Disabling removes the chat cookies readable by this site; it does not delete conversations already received by OrbiSky. Contact us for a data request. See Crisp’s cookie information for its service behaviour.

Mission Access is a separate, authenticated Platform service. Its sign-in and session handling are separate from this public website.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers that deliver our hosting, network security and email services, and by Crisp when you enable chat. We use your activation choice to load this optional service; enquiry processing is used to respond to you as described above. Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards apply. We may disclose information to meet a legal obligation or protect our rights and services.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise it where practical.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
