Who we are

OrbiSky Ltd is responsible for the information described in this policy. Contact us at inquiries@orbisky.com with any privacy question or request.

Information we receive

When website submission is available, choosing Send enquiry submits your name, organisation, email address, selected interest and message through Cloudflare to our email provider, Resend, for delivery to OrbiSky. We do not store enquiries in a website database. If website submission is unavailable, Continue to email prepares a draft in your email app; you must review and send that draft yourself. The direct email link remains available.

When you email us or choose to use Crisp chat, we receive the contact details, message and any attachments you choose to send. Crisp also processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details and chat-session data to deliver and secure the conversation. Our hosting and network providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and timestamps, to deliver and secure the website.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you and discuss relevant work. We use technical information to operate the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. We process this information for our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us and operating a secure website, and where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract or comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This public website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Crisp connects only when you click Chat with OrbiSky. It does not load on ordinary page visits, and we do not store a website-level chat preference. Once opened, Crisp uses functional cookies and session storage to deliver and retain the conversation. We request a one-day chat-session cookie lifetime, renewed when chat loads. Crisp may retain a separate connection cookie for up to two days. When website submission is enabled, opening the enquiry dialogue loads Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser and network signals for this security check; it is not advertising or audience analytics. We do not enable Turnstile pre-clearance cookies. Our network provider may also use security mechanisms to protect the service. Your email service handles messages when you follow an email link.

On each new page, chat remains unloaded until you click Chat with OrbiSky. You can clear stored chat data through your browser’s site-data settings; this does not delete conversations already received by OrbiSky. Contact us for a data request. Mission Access is a separate, authenticated Platform service. Its sign-in and session handling are separate from this public website.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers that deliver our hosting, network security and email services, including Cloudflare for enquiry security checks and Resend for website enquiry email delivery, and by Crisp when you click Chat with OrbiSky. Enquiry processing is used to respond to you as described above. Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards apply. We may disclose information to meet a legal obligation or protect our rights and services.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise it where practical.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

External services and updates

Linked websites and email providers operate under their own privacy policies. We may update this policy as the website or our practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
